LEWISTON — In honor of the sixth anniversary of its opening, St. Martin’s Bargain Basket is offering many items at discount prices. There will be a clearance table and patrons can register for a door prize.

Anniversary specials will be in effect from Aug. 2 to Aug. 6. Donations of microwaves, mixers, blenders, pots, pans and furniture, in good condition, will be accepted during business hours.

The shop is located at the corner of College and Bartlett streets. Business hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Proceeds from the Bargain Basket help St. Martin de Porres continue to provide support to those who are down on their luck, said Brother Richard, executive director of the Residence.
