MEXICO — A 24-year-old Canton man sustained minor injuries when he tried to pass an all-terrain vehicle as he was driving his ATV on Wednesday night.
Maine Warden Service officer Brock Clukey said when Kyle Dolloff tried to pass the ATV, he hit a ditch which threw him off the vehicle.
Clukey said the Dixfield Fire Department and Med-Care Ambulance Service responded to the accident. Dolloff was taken to Rumford Hospital by the ambulance service where he was evaluated and released, Clukey said.
The incident occurred around 8 p.m. on ATV Trail 63 off Backkingdom Road.
