Freeman Ross Jr., 31, of 295 Bates St., Lewiston, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct (fighting) and refusing to submit to arrest, 2:27 a.m. Thursday on Birch Street.

Dereck Jackson, 18, of 110 Howe St., Lewiston, burglary of a motor vehicle on College Street, Lewiston, 5:10 p.m. Thursday.

Nicklas Steward, 32, of 4 Keay Road, Sabattus, domestic violence assault and criminal threatening, 8:03 p.m. Wednesday at 4 Keay Road, Sabattus, by Maine State Police.

Samuel Morgan, 19, of 284 Elmwood Dr., Pownal, operating under the influence, failing to stop for an officer, operating without a license and harassment, 1:20 a.m. Thursday on Mill Street, Lisbon, by Lisbon Police Department.

Wendell Cressey, 48, of 340 River Road, Topsham, operating under the influence, 3:25 a.m. Thursday at 196 Lisbon, by Lisbon Police Department.

Accidents

Lewiston

A vehicle driven by Jessica M. Pomerleau, 20, of 50 West Bates St., Auburn, collided with a parked vehicle at 3:51 p.m. Monday in a parking lot near Central Maine Medical Center. The parked vehicle is owned by Joan E. Lufkin, 52, 13 Roy St., Lewiston. Police estimated damage to Pomerleau’s Chevrolet at $2,500; $3,500 to Lufkin’s Toyota.

Donald Gerard Lagrange, 54, of 22 Baril St., Lewiston, struck a parked car in the driveway of King Avenue at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, prompting that vehicle to strike the garage. According to the police report, Lagrange was operating under the influence when he hit the vehicle belonging to Daniel J. Vachon, 46, of 108 King Ave. Lagrange then fled the scene, according to police.

A pickup truck driven by Ronald A. Leblanc, 61, of 5 Acorn Lane, Lewiston, struck a metal pole in the Getty Mart parking lot on Lisbon Street, at 10:40 a.m. July 20. Police estimated damage to Leblanc’s truck at $3,000.
