LEWISTON — The ramp that connects Lisbon Street to the Alfred A. Plourde Parkway will be closed for a time Monday and again Wednesday for repaving, according to the Public Works Department.

Motorists will be directed past the ramp to detour left onto Westminster Street into the industrial park, left onto Lexington Street and back onto the parkway during the closure.

The ramp will be closed between four and six hours on Monday, starting around midmorning and lasting through lunchtime.

On Wednesday, the ramp will be closed from 7 a.m. until about 2 p.m.

Flaggers will be directing traffic, and motorists are urged to use caution in the area.
