JAY — Heather D. Butler and Jason H. Lee were wed on June 26 at the home of Gina Tardif in Jay.

The bridegroom is the son of Richard Lee of Wayne and Diane Lee of Jay. The bride is the daughter of Fulton Butler of Harpswell and Roberta Butler, now deceased.

Groomsmen were Dave Haskell, Seth Emery, Reed Lee and Scott Dodd. Attendants for the bride were Lisa Peterson, Amanda Inman, Angie Danforth and Doreen Plourde.

Flower bouquets and centerpieces were created by Jennifer Garrigan of Auburn. The ceremony was a simple, outdoor affair accompanied by acoustic folk guitar and fiddle provided by Andy Buckland.

The couple honeymooned at Breezes Resort in Negril, Jamaica, immediately following the wedding reception. The couple now resides in Wayne.

The bridegroom is a self-employed carpenter and arborist. The bride works as a caseworker for the Department of Health and Human Services in Portland.
