AUBURN – A Mass of Christian burial honoring the life of John M. Beale was celebrated Saturday morning at St. Philip’s Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish with the Rev. Richard McLaughlin celebrating the Mass and reciting committal prayers at the interment at Mt. Auburn Cemetery.

During Mass, John’s close friend, Ginny Larock, proclaimed the Old Testament reading. John’s granddaughter, Moira Beale, then proclaimed the New Testament reading. Offertory gifts were brought to the altar by members of the Thomas Beale family.

Pallbearers were David Milbert, Martin Beale, David Beale, William Cross, George Parke and Len Cole. Following graveside committal prayers, all were invited to a reception of fellowship at St. Philip’s Church Hall. Arrangements by Dillingham & Son Memorial Chapel & Tribute Center, Auburn.
