Maine State Police say that the autopsies on the father and son found dead at their hunting camp in Sangerville have been completed, but are waiting for additional tests before determining the cause of death.
Andrew Giroux and his son Dustin were found dead Sunday morning at their hunting camp in Sangerville, a town near Dexter and Milo. Both were from Saco and visiting the camp which the elder Giroux owned.
According to a press release from the Maine Department of Public Safety, detectives expect their investigation and additional studies are “likely to take several weeks.”
