AUBURN — A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday for Albert R. Carrier at St. Louis Church, following prayers at the Fortin Group Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard C. McLaughlin officiated and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Bearers were Jeff and Scott Gosselin, John Demers, Jason Vaillancourt, Brian Robinson and Andy Robitaille.
Readings and the prayer of the faithful were done by Peggy Cole, Kathryn Carrier and Lori Robinson. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Natalie Carrier, Stephanie Robitaille and Brittany Cook. A eulogy was delivered by his son, Marc Carrier. A reception followed at the Carriage House. Military honors were provided by the Maine Funeral Honors Program.
