AUBURN — Shirley Geraldine (Bourque) Clark, 79, a resident of Clover Manor, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 2.

She was born in Sanford on Jan. 27, 1931, a daughter of Cecile A. Bouchard and William Bourque, both of Sanford. She later married, moved to Auburn and raised a family of four children. While residing in Auburn, she worked both at the Auburn Public Library and for the Auburn School Department as an art teacher. She also gave private art lessons to many area children. Her love for art and music continues to inspire several generations of family and friends. Mimi will live in our hearts forever.

She is survived by a sister, Marlene Cyr and husband, Roger; brother, Patrick Bourque and wife, Alberta; sisters-in-law, Ellie Bourque and Eleanor Bourque; son, Frank W. Clark, II and wife, Gloria, of Sanford; daughters, Belinda Clark Davis and husband, Todd and Sue-Ellen Clark, all of Auburn, and an estranged daughter, Patricia Estes and husband, Curtis, of Auburn; many nieces and nephews; 12 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents; siblings, Anita Kallis, Donald Bourque and William Bourque; sister-in-law, Pauline Bourque; and brothers-in-law, John Sullivan and Lenny Kallis.

The family wishes to thank the staff and care givers at Clover Manor who provided such loving care and support.
