LIVERMORE FALLS — People are invited to stop by the Western Maine Family Health Center at 80 Main St., Central Plaza, on Monday, Aug. 9, to learn about programs that help reduce the cost of health care, laboratory services and medications. There will be wellness tips, refreshments and participants can enter a drawing.

The event is a part of National Health Center Week, designated each year to recognize the contributions of community health centers in providing access to affordable, high quality, health care to medically under served people in the U.S.
