LEWISTON — The Maine Music Society is inviting singers to an open rehearsal with the Androscoggin Chorale on Thursday, Aug. 12, at Olin Arts Center Concert Hall, Bates College.

The open rehearsal at 7 p.m. offers an opportunity to sing with chorale members, with the option of formally auditioning later this summer. Dates for auditions will be announced at the rehearsal.

“The open rehearsal is an opportunity to simply come and sing,” said MMS Artistic Director John Corrie.
