PORTLAND — Paragon Commercial Real Estate, 2 Market St., announces that Shawn P. Gilbert has joined the company.

Gilbert, who grew up in Lewiston, comes to Paragon with more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate as a broker, consultant and corporate real estate manager for an international restaurant chain. He previously represented numerous retailers, restaurant chains and real estate developers throughout northern New England, Massachusetts, Ohio and upstate New York.

Gilbert volunteers regularly in youth-related organizations, and lives in South Portland with his son.
