Between 7 a.m. Friday, July 30, and 7 a.m. Friday, Aug. 6, Lewiston police responded to 723 calls. Of those calls, 113 were motor vehicle stops.

Criminal Mischief
The Movie Gallery at 806 Sabbattus St. had a window broken on Aug. 3 at 2 a.m. by two teenagers wearing hoodies who fled on foot on Old Greene Road.
The front door of the Androscoggin Learning and Transition Academy was damaged over the weekend Aug. 1 – Aug. 3.
A garage door in the rear of the Promenade Mall at 855 Lisbon St. was kicked in sometime prior to Aug. 2.
A residence at 352 Pleasant St. had a window shot out by a BB gun sometime between July 29 and July 31.
A business at 240 Bartlett St. had a window shot out with a BB gun between July 28 – July 30.
An apartment at 78 Pine St. had a door kicked in sometime prior to 2:22 a.m. on Aug. 6.
A vehicle parked at the Centreville Parking Garage at 62 Canal St. had its soft top slashed overnight Aug. 2 – Aug. 3.
Motor Vehicle Burglary
A vehicle parked at 115 Oak St. was burglarized prior to 10 a.m. on July 31.
Burglaries
Sprinkler Systems Inc. at 2 Avon St. was burglarized overnight July 31 – Aug. 1. $100 in cash was taken from a desk drawer.
A garage at 32 Orange St. was burglarized between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on July 30. Entry was gained by carding a rear door. A black and gray Trek 21 speed mountain bike with clips in pedals and a 9-foot Ugly Stick fishing rod were taken from inside.
A residence at 11 Jeffrey St. was burglarized between 8:15 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 3, entry was gained via an unlocked window. An iPod and a TomTom GPS were taken.
An apartment at 264 Park St. was burglarized sometime prior to 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 1. Entry was gained through an unlocked window via a fire escape. $38 was taken from inside.
An apartment at 40 1/2 Maple St. was burglarized overnight July 31 – Aug. 1. Entry was gained through an unlocked window via the fire escape. A pack of cigarettes was taken from inside.
An apartment at 242 Park St. was burglarized on Aug. 1 at 6:40 a.m. The resident awoke to find a black male attempting to steal her TV, the suspect fled prior to officer arrival. Entry was gained through an unlocked window.
An apartment at 260 Park St. was burglarized sometime between noon and 6 p.m. on July 31. Entry was gained through an unlocked window. A PlayStation 3 was taken from inside
Thefts
A storage unit at Merrill Road Self Storage at 34 Merrill Road was entered sometime between July 30 and Aug. 2. The lock was cut to gain entry; a five speed drill press, a Coleman spray gun, 3/4-inch ratchet and socket set, Sony PlayStation, and Nintendo were taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at 55 Strawberry Ave. had a license plate (Maine 1137MN) stolen from it sometime prior to July 31.
Numerous landscaping lights and outdoor fixtures were stolen from residences overnight July 29 – July 30 at 56 Fair St., 25 Theresa Ave., 421 East Ave., 14 Brault St., 519 College St, 14 Buttonwood Lane.
A 26-inch Mongoose bicycle was stolen from a garage at 20 Church St. sometime between July 30 and Aug. 1.
A front license plate (Maine 7111GY) was stolen from a vehicle parked at 64 Ridgewood Ave. sometime between July 28 and Aug. 1.
A bicycle was stolen from 95 Shawmut St. sometime on July 30.
Arsons
There were two intentionally set fires on the railroad tracks behind Burger King and near Main Street and Libby Avenue on Aug. 2 at 12:04 a.m. In both cases, piles of railroad ties were lit on fire. All suspects had fled prior to officer arrival.
Wanted
Jay Morse, 44, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for operating after suspension.
Kyle Kenney, 20, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for operating without a license.
