LEWISTON — Lucille E. Naas, R.N., 87, of Auburn and formerly of South Paris died Sunday, Aug. 8, with loved ones by her side at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Brighton, Boston, Mass., March 4, 1923, the daughter of Oswald and Elsie (Schneider) Naas. She graduated from Brighton High School, Class of 1940 in Brighton, Mass., and Simmons College School of Nursing Class of 1945 in Boston, Mass., and had attended Boston University School of Nursing in the master’s program.

Lucille worked in nursing for many years including as executive director, Braintree Visiting Nurses Association in Braintree, Mass.

She was survived by her nephew, Richard Lewis Naas of Fountain Hills, Ariz.

She was predeceased by a brother, Paul M. Naas.
