CARRABASSETT VALLEY — Carrabassett Valley will hold its fifth annual summer festival on Saturday, Aug. 14, at the local airport as well as at KC’s Kreativity Center.

 There will be arts and crafts, demonstrations and a music festival from noon until 5 p.m. Featured performers will include Jay McClure & Chris Weld, Jason Mancine, Sweet Wednesday Acoustic Duo and Foggy & Friends.

 A fly-in will take place all day at the Sugarloaf Regional Airport. Members of the local radio control club will be on hand for demonstrations. Plane and glider rides will be available.

Children’s activities will include a bounce house and fairy house village. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Admission is free.
