Vehicles driven by Clifford G. Welch, 57, of Gray and Crystal D. Lavoie, 32, of Minot collided at 4:45 a.m. Thursday on Alfred Plourde Parkway in front of the Wal-Mart distribution center. Damage to Welch’s 2003 Nissan was estimated at $6,500; to Lavoie’s 2000 Dodge, $2,500.
