KENNEBUNK (AP) — Country music star Taylor Swift, who donned a wedding gown for a music video shot in Kennebunk, will return to Maine for the video’s debut.

Swift will be in back in Maine for a half-hour television special introducing her video “Mine” from the first single from her new album.

The 20-year-old Grammy winner plans to introduce the video live on Aug. 27 from an undisclosed location in Maine, CMT spokeswoman Natasha Powell said Friday. After the debut on the cable network, the video will be shown simultaneously online on CMT.com, MTV.com and VH1.com.

Swift generated excitement last month when she was spotted at several locations in Maine for the video shoot.

In Kennebunk, Swift emerged from a church wearing a wedding gown with her “groom,” British actor Toby Hemingway, as guests blew bubbles toward them, during a video shoot. Later, she and her mother hit Becky’s Diner in Portland, where Swift opted for a burger while her mom had a lobster salad.

“Mine” is part of Swift’s new album, “Speak Now,” which will be released Oct. 25.

In a webchat to announce details of the album, which has been two years in the marking, Swift said she fell in love with Maine and fantasizes of retiring in the Pine Tree State.

“When I am old, and I have silver hair … I wanna live in Maine,” she said. “I wanna have a house and make necklaces or something. And have a lot of cats.”
