Grange to meet
AUBURN — Members of the Danville Junction Grange will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at the hall, for a business meeting and planning session. Refreshments will be served at the close of the meeting.
On Sept. 10, Grange members will be guests of Sabbathday Lake Grange in New Gloucester. Supper will be served at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will start at 7:30. A joint installation will be performed by State Flora Victoria Huff and her installing team.
All members and guests are welcome to attend both sessions.
Travelers meeting
MECHANIC FALLS — Members of Twin City Council 160 of the United Commercial Travelers of America will meet at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Bucknam Oaks.
A potluck dinner will follow the business meeting. All members and guests are invited to attend.
Artist exhibit
AUBURN — Members of the Monday Art Circle, a group of local women artists, will exhibit in the Auburn Public Library’s Androscoggin Community Room through Oct.
The Monday Art Circle has been in existence for 10 years. Included in the exhibit are works by Sandra Norton, Melanie Ness, Joyce Coyne and the late Marjorie DiRenzo. Deb Wood is also a member of the group.
Line dancing
AUBURN — Line dancing will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at Temple Shalom, 74 Bradman St. An intermediate level class will be from 10 to 11:15 a.m. and a class for beginners will be from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. The cost is $4 each class and will be instructed by Marjorie Perkins of Brunswick.

Fall conference
HALLOWELL — The Maine Health Information Management Association will hold their 2010 fall conference on Sept. 9 and 10 at Maple Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast.
Conference sessions will feature electronic medical records, an exploration of anatomy and physiology as it relates to disease and a talk by Sen. Peter Mills.

Cribbage results
LEWISTON — The Lewiston Senior Citizens Cribbage League winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Sept. 2 were: first, Monique Nadeau and Jim MacDonald; second, Muriel Webber and Leo Musie; third, Jeanne Collette and Arnie Burgess; fourth, Cecile LeBlond and Ronnie Gould; fifth, Joan Sampson and Bert Belanger.
