AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Building High Performance Teams” from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 7. The cost for the workshop is $99, including materials.

In the workshop, participants will learn the stages of team development, how to create team goals and measure success and create a plan to move their teams toward high performance.

The workshop will be facilitated by Susan deGrandpre. deGrandpre has a master’s degree in education from the University of Southern Maine and a bachelor of arts in sociology from the University of Massachusetts. She has been adjunct faculty at St. Joseph’s College and Southern Maine Community College. Her corporate experience includes L.L. Bean and Unum, where she held leadership positions in customer service. She started her consulting business in 1999, specializing in collaborative consulting.
