JAY — Thomas M. Ouellette, 50, a resident of Church Street, Jay, died very unexpectedly, Thursday, Sept. 9, at his residence.

He was born May 1, 1960, in Lewiston, the son of Paul R. and June (Murray) Ouellette. Tom graduated from Jay High School in 1978. He married Tammy Lyman, they later divorced. He worked in the construction industry, currently for Downeast Mechanical Construction Co. Tom enjoyed watching sports and reading.

He is survived by his mother, June Ouellette of Jay; his sons, Bryan Ouellette of Boston, Mass., Brandon Ouellette of Westbrook and Austin Ouellette of Bethel; his brothers, Steve Ouellette and his wife, Robin, of Winthrop and Jack Ouellette of Orlando, Fla.

He was predeceased by his father; and his sister, Barbara Gerrish.
