Jay police Detective Richard Caton IV has charged two teenagers in connection with an estimated $600 damage to this house at 104 Franklin Road in Jay. It was reported on Aug. 10 that rocks were thrown through a picture window and front door window of the house that is under renovation, Caton said. While investigating another incident, Caton said, he came across information that led to charging Jefferie Smith, 19, of Livermore Falls and Zebbie Thomas, 18, of Jay in late August on one count each of of criminal mischief.
