WEST PARIS — The Universalist Church of West Paris will resume regular Sunday morning services this year at 9 a.m. Sept. 12.

The welcoming back to the new church year will include the traditional “water ceremony,” in which friends and members bring water from places that had special meaning for them over the summer and combine them in a common bowl symbolic of their shared community life together.

Child care is available and people of all religious traditions, or none, are welcome and invited to attend.
