NORWAY — Family Play Time at the Norway Memorial Library will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14. Children and caregivers ages 1 to 4 are invited to join the informal play time.

On the third Tuesday of every month, the activity will begin with a 10-minute “Music and Movement” program.

At Family Play Time children will have an opportunity to experience unstructured play within a structured setting. The library will provide age-appropriate games and manipulative toys for children to experience.

It also will provide parents a chance to communicate with other adults who also have children the same age.

The Norway Memorial Library also offers Play and Learn kits that can be checked out to anyone with a library card. The kits include toys, puppets, books and storytelling aids, allowing the creativity to continue at home.
