I thank the Sun Journal for featuring guest columnist Leonard Hoy’s piece (Sept. 5) about the Glenn Beck rally in Washington, D.C.

I was impressed with Hoy’s unbiased analysis of the faith, hope and charity theme that Beck presented.

I’m sure that many lives were changed or challenged that day on the National Mall because of Beck’s courage to stand up for truth and his call to restore honor in self and country, and to acknowledge God.
