Nov. 2 is the day we vote for our values, the values of our country, and what our families fought for in the Civil War. In New England, we fought against the Democratic confederacy of the 11 southern states.

Maine Republicans supported the two U.S. senators, Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins. I am hoping they will support our values and protect our heritage by voting Republican again.

I support Paul LePage for governor. The state needs new blood to fix an old system that has failed.

We need jobs.
