LEWISTON — Marcel L. Kirouac, 78, of Montello Commons died Saturday, Sept. 11, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center after a sudden illness.
A native of Lewiston, he was born on April 30, 1932, the son of Albert and Ida (Morin) Kirouac. Marcel attended the Baxter School for the Deaf and he was well-known locally as the “flag man” who gave and sold American flags to many people in the area.
Surviving are his sisters, Constance Morin and her husband, Aime and Gloria Chaloux and her husband, Norm.
The family would like to thank the staff of Montello Commons for the great care they gave to Marcel.
