DENVER, Colo. — Louise Laura (Labbe) Levesque, wife of Bertrand J. Levesque, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 7, at the Swedish Medical Center in Denver, Colo., after a long battle with cancer at the age of 63.
She was born Aug. 10, 1947, in Lewiston, to Doris O. Labbe and the late Leo D. Labbe. She attended elementary school at Holy Cross, graduated from St. Dominic High School in 1965, and graduated from Cambridge School of Business in Boston, Mass., in 1967.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, needlepoint, cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her grandchildren were the love of her life; especially during the difficult months of her illness.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years; her children and grandchildren, Bertrand and wife, Krysta Levesque and son, Aaron, of San Clemente, Calif., Karyn Levesque and daughter, Lauren, of Bailey, Colo., Karla and husband, Chris Brior and son, Craig and daughter, Hallie, of Bailey, Colo., and Steven and wife, Crystie Levesque, and son, Tony, of Frazier Park, Calif.; two brothers, Maurice Labbe and wife, Jane, of Frederick, Md., and Marc R. Labbe of Auburn; and several nieces and nephews.
