RUMFORD — The Rumford Senior Citizens have announced upcoming trips and events:

Friday, Sept. 17: Mystery trip. The bus will leave the center at 6:30 a.m. Participants should wear comfortable shoes. Meals will be at own cost.

Tuesday, Oct. 5: Fryeburg Fair. The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. The cost of $10 will be returned to members.

Thursday, Oct. 14: Hollywood Slots, Bangor. The bus will leave at 8 a.m. and return at 4 p.m. The cost is $25 each person.

Friday, Oct. 22: Public Theater, Lewiston, to see a play. The bus will leave at 4 p.m. Supper will be at the New China Buffet.

Saturday, Nov. 13: Christmas fair at the Rumford Senior Citizen Center

Friday, Dec. 10: Christmas party at American Legion from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner is $10. The cut off date to sign up is Nov. 28.

Sunday, Dec. 12: Magic of Christmas, Portland. The cost is $45. The bus will leave at 11 a.m. Supper will be at Chickadee of Lewiston on the way home.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to sign up for trips at the Senior Center as early as possible.
