BRIDGTON — A “Power To Change” program for teens will be offered at the Bridgton Community Center beginning Monday, Sept. 20. The free program will meet from 3 to 4:30 p.m. every Monday and Friday for six weeks.

The sessions will provide teens the ability to develop skills in managing their own responses to both inner and outer stresses. Those age 12 to 18 are welcome.

The facilitator is trained by Abraham Low Self-Help Systems and has many years experience in the method. Various careers will be represented by adults assisting with classes.
