If there is an issue with a neighbor it will NOT be resolved by an anonymous blurb in the paper. I would hope that if it were MY neighbors who had a problem with me, my dogs, my property, etc. they would feel free to TALK to me about it. It is the only way that I would know the issue is a disturbance and could work to get it resolved.
