NORWAY — The Norway Memorial Library offers three opportunities each week for parents and children to attend story programs. Story time is held at 2 p.m. Mondays and at 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays. Baby Boosters is at 10:30 a.m. Fridays.
Story time is for children ages 2 to 5 and Baby Boosters is for birth to age 2. No registration is necessary and new parents and children are welcome.
The programs provide critical early childhood literacy opportunities. Baby Boosters provides a welcoming environment to introduce a child to the library, books and other children. During the program, the group reads simple stories, sings songs, rhymes and plays.
Story time is the library’s primary early literacy and language experience. Additional books on story time topics will also be available following each program.
