PORTLAND — Evelyn (Evie) Kimball, 81, of Oxford, died Saturday, Sept. 18, at Maine Medical Center.

She was born on April 3, 1929, the daughter of Fred and Evelyn (Curran) Green. Evie was raised Ada Pratt. She married Robert Kimball in 1961.

She worked at the local shoe shop for many years, until her retirement. She enjoyed camping with her vacation buddies, Carlene and Don.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; her children, Carlene and husband, Don Rogers, Dan and wife, Pam Kimball and Duane and wife, Tanya Kimball; grandchildren, Gary and Cindy Rogers, Kenny and Tammy Rogers, Terry and Bill, Tracey and Dan Luscombe, Carl Tripp, Brian and Liz Rogers, Jason and Kelcey Kimball, Jennifer Kimball, Tony Kimball and Kyle Kimball; great-grandchildren, Kristina, Tim, Kody, Mike, Venessa, Evan, Jennifer, Lauren, Troy, Marissa, Molly and Lauren; great great-grandchild, Olivea; half sisters, Barbara Alexander, Mary Cousins and Tkiscilla Durell; and brothers Al and Ed Greene.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Brenda Brown and granddaughter, Tina Radcliff.
