Mexico’s new boat launch at the rear of the town office has been completed by C.H. Stevenson Contractors of Wayne. The cost for the new launch, shown here with the NewPage paper mill in the background, was paid by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Along with the paved entrance into the Androscoggin River is a park-like section to the right.
