Society open house

ANDOVER — The Andover Historical Society will host an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26. The East Andover School will be open as well as the building on Elm Street, next to the town hall.

Snowmobile club

ROXBURY — The Slippery Sliders snowmobile club will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5. Meetings are held at the home of Sylvia Touchette.

HS meeting

MEXICO — The Mexico Historical Society will meet Tuesday, Sept. 28, at the Cal Lyons room under the Mexico Town Office. A potluck supper will be held at 5:30 p.m., with the meeting and speaker to follow.

The speakers will be Gail and Carl Cutter, who will discuss organic gardening. The public is invited.

The board of directors will meet at 4:30 p.m. prior to the meeting.
