She entered the Dominican Sisters as a postulant in Valleyfield, Canada, on Feb. 23, 1945, at the age of 25, where she received her initial religious formation and made her temporary vows in 1947. In 1953, she was assigned to Mortefontaine, France, where she continued her formation and made her final vows on July 29, 1954.

She was very gifted intellectually, was an avid reader, and kept up with all the news. She will be greatly missed by her family and Dominican Community.

She is survived by two sisters, Estelle Loubier and Georgette Pelletier, of Lewiston; nieces and nephews; as well as the members of her Dominican religious community.
