Criminal mischief
The old Sounds Easy at 449 Sabattus St. was tagged with graffiti sometime prior to 3 p.m. on Sept. 20.
Webbs’ Market at 131 Pine St. was tagged with graffiti overnight Sept. 19 – 20. “SP” with an arrow pointing up and “Toke” were spray-painted.
A door to an apartment at 64 Oxford St. was kicked in sometime between 11 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 14.
Burglaries
A residence at 915 College St. was burglarized between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sept. 22. There were no signs of forced entry. A jewelry box containing jewelry was taken.
An apartment at 195 Holland St. was burglarized sometime prior to 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 20. Entry was gained through a window. An Apple laptop was taken.
A room at the Wilson House at 28 Frye St. was burglarized on Sept. 18. Entry was gained through a window. A Macbook Pro, Sony Cybershot camera and a black corduroy JanSport backpack were taken.
A residence at 2 Diamond Court was burglarized between 12 and 7 a.m. on Sept. 23. Entry was gained through an unlocked kitchen window. An iPod and a purse were taken. The purse was later recovered underneath a porch at 76 Webster St.
A resident of 247 Sabattus St. arrived home to find three teenage males inside of his apartment, The suspects fled in a silver Toyota Corolla with Breast Cancer plates. The suspects took a Playstation 3.
A garage at 109 Birch St. was burglarized overnight Sept. 18 – 19. Property was taken.
Thefts
A blue 10-speed bicycle was stolen from CMMC at 300 Main St. on Sept. 22 at 5:20 p.m.
A blue-and-silver BMX style bicycle was stolen from 132 Winter St. sometime during the daytime on Sept. 21.
Four patrons of the Alumni Gym at 124 Central Ave. had property stolen from the girl’s volleyball locker room on Sept. 23 prior to 7 a.m.
An Apple Laptop was stolen from a dorm room at 160 North Bardwell St. sometime prior to 9:48 p.m. on Sept. 20.
A Verizon tower site at 67 Commercial St. had copper ground leads cut and stolen sometime between Sept. 14 – 22.
A brown Mongoose bicycle with yellow wheels was stolen from outside of the library at 200 Lisbon St. sometime between 4:30 and 5:40 p.m. on Sept. 20.
A patron of the Hope Haven Gospel Mission at 209 Lincoln St. had a laptop stolen sometime prior to 6:30 p.m. on Setp. 18.
Motor vehicle burglary
A customer getting gas at Dave’s at 64 Sabattus St. had her purse taken from her car at 4:50 p.m. on Sept. 22.
Robbery
Justin Donaldson, 33, of Turner was charged with robbery on Sept. 18 at 3:30 a.m. Officers responded to the Cumberland Farms at 701 Main St. for a report of a robbery. The clerk reported that a male had robbed the store and had shown the butt of a handgun to her when he demanded the money. A short time later, Sgt. Bradeen and Lt. Higgins noticed a male of a similar description operating a vehicle at Park and Pine streets. A felony stop was conducted, and clothing matching that seen on security footage as well as a black BB gun were found in the car.
Operating under the influence
Michael Veilleux, 32, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 19 at 12:54 a.m. at Main and Bates streets following a routine traffic stop.
Operating after suspension
Steven Dow, 28, was charged with operating after suspension on Sept. 18 at 4:33 a.m. at 91 Campus Ave. following a routine traffic stop.
Wanted
Charles Teague, 38, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for theft.
Karalee Holden, 35, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for drinking in public.
Alberto Rosado, 39, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for failure to stop for an officer.
