The Center for Wisdom’s Women, a drop in center in Lewiston, benefited from volunteer help from Liberty Mutual during the United Way Day of Caring held in September. The group of six volunteers arrived just in time to prepare the center’s second newsletter and fundraising mailing. The gift of time saved the center the cost of paying for the work. In the past with staff and volunteer time, the entire mailing took several days to finish and the team from Liberty Mutual completed the job in one morning. Volunteers are pictured and included Faye Edwards, Sabina Manly, Laura Gabriel, Danielle Renna and Lisa Rowe. Christian Pulley, missing from photo, also volunteered.
