WINTHROP — Maine author Ben Thomas, author of four nonfiction books including the best seller, “No Horns Blowing,” will appear Tuesday, Oct. 12, at the Charles M. Bailey Public Library.
He will discuss his most recent book, “Code Breaker,” his first fiction effort, which revolves around high-school students attempting to solve a World War II code.
Thomas is former guidance director of Winthrop High School, a master Maine Guide and a pilot and ham radio operator. His second book, “Scuba Gold,” is expected to be available later this fall.
The 6:30 p.m. program is free.
