SOUTH PARIS — Deering Memorial United Methodist Church invites all for a time of fellowship during two events at the church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7 and 21.

Each day will include a potluck style lunch and everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share. All are welcome to join, however, even if they don’t have a dish to share.

A variety of games will be on hand for those who may desire to play chess, checkers, cribbage or cards. Crafters are welcome to bring their hand-crafts and spend time with friends or come for conversation and a cup of coffee. There will be door prize drawings s as well.
