Reservations are being taken for the 2010 Christmas in the Valley Craft Fair. This will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010, from 9-2pm at Mountain Valley High School on Hancock St. in Rumford. We will provide a 10’ space; you will provide your own table and chairs. If you are requiring electricity, bring your own heavy-duty extension cord! The $25 non-refundable fee needs to be paid in full in advance. Limit of 2 spaces per crafter, please. Please fill in the bottom portion, make your check payable to the River Valley Chamber of Commerce-Christmas in the Valley and mail with your table fee to: River Valley Chamber of Commerce, 10 Bridge Street Rumford, ME 04276. Due to the limited number of spaces available, we are asking all exhibitors to reserve their space as soon as possible. Location in the gym is decided based upon the needs of the committee due to spacing, etc…

The 2010 Christmas in the Valley Craft Fair will be by jurored entry only. If you were not part of the 2009 Fair then you must provide a picture or a sample of your craft. Due to the popularity of our fair, we have decided to insist on only homemade or handcrafted items. No Exceptions! The kitchen will be staffed by the Relay For Life committee and there will be no other hot or cold dishes sold by any other organization at this fair!
