MEXICO — The Mexico Public Library will host a “Holiday Prelude” fall/holiday card-making and stamping party from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21. The evening at the library will be led by Cindy Welch and Elyse Briggs.

There will be five projects with fall and holiday themes to work on and take home. Prior experience with card-making and stamping isn’t required. Refreshments and beverages will be served.

The cost for the event is $12 each person, which includes all supplies for the projects. To sign up and prepay, visit the Mexico Public Library at 134 Main St. any time through Monday, Oct. 18.

Also on display at the event will be several themed gift baskets that will be raffled off during the holiday season.
