Shame and shame on whomever left a little dog tied up at a boat launch in the rain. Cruelty to animals will not be tolerated.

I thank the couple from Lisbon who adopted “Lucky” from the shelter. Every so often, we get to read a heartwarming story in the Sun Journal.

“Lucky” is absolutely adorable and has the perfect name.
