Independents and Democrats need to stand up and be counted.

Paul LePage calls his remarks “being frank” (Sun Journal, Sept. 30). I call it “crude.”

We don’t need “crude” for governor, we need “experience.”

We do not need Newt Gingrich as Speaker of the House.

Voters elected Barack Obama as president. Now he needs support. Voters can show their support by electing Libby Mitchell as governor and returning Mike Michaud to Congress.
