FARMINGTON — The Maine Mountain Quilters will host a quilt show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17, at the Farmington Grange Hall in West Farmington. The Grange is located near the West Farmington Post Office at 124 Bridge St.

There will be more than 100 quilts and quilted items on display all made by members of the Maine Mountain Quilters. Also on display will be a raffle quilt, “Chocolate Mint Delight.” Tickets will be available at the show and the winner will be drawn on Sunday. There will be door prizes drawn every hour both days.

Admission if $5 each person, which includes a raffle ticket. Farmington Grange members will offer a soup and sandwich lunch as well as assorted baked goodies, with proceeds to benefit the Grange.

Proceeds from the show will benefit the Maine Mountain Quilters activities, such as fire quilts, community quilts and projects and bringing in guest speakers. For more information on the show or about joining the Grange or the quilt group, contact Pat Libby at 778-3298 or Wes Marble at 778-6969.
