There is a lot at stake for working families on Nov. 2. Libby Mitchell will fight for the worker. She sponsored a bill during the past legislative session that would have provided a bare minimum of paid sick days to all Maine workers. Her opponents would rather see the hundreds of thousands of hardworking people in Maine who are denied even a single paid sick day continue to go to work sick or lose their jobs.

Mitchell supports critical worker protections that, today, are more important than ever.

Mitchell has been and will continue to fight for a living wage for all Maine workers; her opponents will not. I believe that all people have the right to hold a job in which they are treated fairly and paid a living wage.

I am voting for Libby Mitchell because she cares about the future of working families in Maine.
