FARMINGTON — A proposed $4.46 million bond to improve building accommodations for Franklin County operations would cost taxpayers an estimated $6.60 per $100,000 of property value a year.

The bond would be paid off in 20 years at an interest rate of 2.8 percent per year, county information states.
