WALES — Fullback Danny Tucker drilled a direct kick from 35 yards away past stunned MCI goalkeeper Matt Lessard with a minute and a half remaining in the first overtime to lift Oak Hill to a 2-1 victory over the Huskies on Thursday.

Coby Patterson put the visitors on top 1-0 in the first half, and Dalton Burns added the equalizer on a pass from Jamiel Kidd for the Raiders (6-6-1) in the second to force the extra session.

Tyler Pelletier turned aside eight shots in the win for Oak Hill, while Lessard stopped six for the Huskies (3-10).

Girls’ soccer

Lisbon 4, Hall-Dale 2

FARMINGDALE — Kayla Angelico netted a pair of goals in the first half Thursday to lead Lisbon to a 4-2 victory over Hall-Dale in a MVC girls’ soccer matchup.

Jenna Clifford also tallied for the Greyhounds (9-2-2) to complete the scoring.

The Bulldogs (7-6) received both goals from Sara Price, while Carylanne Wolfington contributed with an assist.

Kyrstin Ramich made nine saves for Lisbon, while Anais Truman turned aside nine shots in the cage for Hall-Dale.

Oak Hill 2, MCI 0

PITTSFIELD — The Oak Hill girls’ soccer squad posted a goal in each half to pull out a 2-0 victory over MCI in KVAC action Thursday. 

Marrissa Caskin and Jessica Roberts each netted a goal for the Raiders (8-4-1), while Gabby Green contributed with an assist.

Darby Beaulieu needed only three saves to record the shutout. Picabo Morrel turned aside seven shots between the posts for MCI.

Madison 2, Carrabec 1

MADISON — Nathalie Michaud shot the ball into play with 4:15 left in the second overtime, then watched as it deflected off a Carrabec player and into the net to give Madison a 2-1 victory in girls’ soccer action Thursday. 

Michaud tallied both goals for Madison (7-5-1), which revved up its offense in the second frame after a scoreless first 45 minutes.

The Cobras received their lone goal from Leah Poirier. Savannah Kandiko made six saves for Madison, while Marrissa Murray turned aside 23 shots in the cage for Carrabec.

Mt. Blue 3, Messalonskee 1
OAKLAND — Mackenzie Conlogue netted a pair of goals Thursday to lead Mt. Blue to a 3-1 victory over Messalonskee in KVAC girls’ soccer action.

Marlie Mochamer also tallied for the Cougars (7-4-2) to complete the scoring.  Amy Jose scored on a direct kick for the Eagles (4-9) to prevent the shutout.

Allsion Brown made six saves for Mt. Blue, while Shawna Oliver turned aside six shots in the cage for Messalonskee.
