LEWISTON — Healthy Androscoggin will host “Stress and Your Health,” a presentation by Dr. Jason Davis of Davis Chiropractic, on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at Central Maine Medical Center, 12 High St., Conference Room H. Registration will be from 7:30 to 7:45 a.m., followed by the presentation from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m.

A cost of $5 each person may be paid at registration. Davis will identify strategies to support people both at work and home to reduce stress. Successful stress relief programs implemented at other businesses will also be discussed.
