LISBON — Richard and Marion Bussiere of Lisbon are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Bussiere of Lisbon, to Duane Walton of Monson, son of Duane Walton of Carmel and Diane Walton of Monson.

Miss Bussiere is a 2003 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta with an associate degree in veterinary technology.

Mr. Walton is a 1994 graduate of Dover-Foxcroft Academy and served in the U.S. Army for seven years, with one tour in Iraq. He is currently working as a helicopter mechanic for Life Flight of Maine.

The proposal happened on June 25 at Cinderella’s Castle at Walt Disney World. A wedding date has been set for June 25.
