RUMFORD — The Oxford County Democrats will host a grand opening of the Rumford office at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, with Congressman Mike Michaud. A similar event will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, at the Norway office, with local candidates.

The Democratic offices in Rumford, Norway, Bridgton and Fryeburg will be open regularly during the final days of the campaign, and all are welcoming volunteers. Those willing to donate a few hours are asked to contact Oxford County Democratic chair Cathy Newell at 875-2116 or to stop by an office after Oct. 23.

Offices are located at 432 Hancock St. in Rumford, 310 Main St. in Norway, 210 Main St. in Bridgton and 235 Bridgton Road in Fryeburg.
